The San Francisco 49ers do not appear inclined to trade backup quarterback Mac Jones, entering an offseason in which he could generate significant interest from teams looking for a starter.

"I think it's safe to say that he's played his last snap with the Niners," Lynch said at the team's end-of-season news conference on Wednesday.

“It’s safe to say Brandon Aiyuk has played his last snap as a 49er.”
